I bought the item the mission asked me to buy, but did not get the item

Before you mail us about this problem, we’d like you to have a quick but careful look at the following:

  • Did you, by any chance, click the SKIP button in the mission panel? (We ask you to check this, because we sometimes get mail from people claiming to not have received the item that the mission told them to buy, and when we check, it turns out the mission has been SKIPped. As you probably know, skipping is not the same as buying….)
  • Is the item really nowhere in your gift box? (We ask you to check this, because some players have hundreds or even thousands of gifts in their gift box. That way a certain item can easily be overlooked.)
